2007 – graduated from Russian Academy of State Service under the President of the Russian Federation, specialty "Jurisprudence".

1978-1988 - nurse in the Central Clinical Hospital of the 4th Main Directorate of the Ministry of Health of Russia.

1988-1993 - doctor– inspector of I category in the Ministry of Health of Russian Federation.

1993-1996 - chief specialist, deputy head of the department in Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

1996-1997 - consultant at the office of the Government staff of the Russian Federation.

In 1997-2004 - chief specialist, deputy head of the department, head of the department in the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

Since June 2004 - deputy head of the Federal Service for Surveillance in Healthcare

In 2009 was awarded by the All-Russian quality organization with the title of "Russian quality leader"

In 2010 was certified by the European Organization for Quality with qualification: "Specialist of quality management"

Has a class rank of State Counselor of the Russian Federation, Class 2 (decree of the President of the Russian Federation of 14.03.2012 № 303).
